Tips and guide
BEFORE:
this is 2010..

I'm weight about 74kg :'(
AFTER sweat and tears:
so guys, i know i'm not qualified enough to give some health or fitness tips
but this is just basically what i do to cut down my fats
first thing. EXERCISE!
yes.. exercise.. you need to work your ass.. just run about 10 minutes to 30 minutes a day
to shed and tone down your excess fat.
Hey, nothing come in handy.
CONTROL what you eat..
for example, reduce your intake of meat, instead, replace them with fish or eggs..
AVOID carbonated drinks, anything crunchy is bad too..
eat GREENS.. i know it taste sucks but trust me, you will be happy with the results..
DRINK HERBAL TEA!
yes, this is my biggest weapons..
i pooped about twice a day due to drinking this tea and in about a month,
i lost 4 Kilograms..
Guys, i know, i lost not much weight, but i'm happy to be healthy, i'm a girls too so i understands
the feelings you get when seeing skinny girl pass by,.
they can eat what they want without getting fat,
guys, sometime its genetics,.
me, myself, come from a family that pretty much all my aunt is a plus size, including my sister..
I don't care anymore if anyone tell me to lose weight or telling me that i'm over-weighted.
that doesn't bother me.. here's a little confessions..
i once a bulimia nervosa.. i used to push myself to vomit after a meal,.
and guys, it sucks.. i didn't lose weight at all, instead, i gain 2kg more..
so, eat healthy, stay healthy, from inside, out.
